The Woolpack, St Georges

Located just outside the town, The Woolpack offers some of the best-tasting roast dinners in the area.

Pick the perfect cider or ale to accompany your meal at this Butcombe Brewery-owned pub, in Shepherds Way, and sit bit and enjoy.

Sunday lunch is served from noon to 9pm and you can book your table online or by calling 01934 521670.

The Dolphin, Uphill

This quaint village pub, in Uphill Way, creates a relaxed atmosphere to compliment your Sunday roast.

This eatery is a bit different with just two choices of roast to choose from every Sunday and a variety of fresh vegetables as well as all the trimmings.

Brent House, East Brent

It may be slightly out of town but this carvery is well worth the visit.

Satisfy your midweek roast dinner cravings and drop in to Brent House where the best local meat is served up seven days a week at an affordable price.

You can eat from noon until 2pm Monday to Saturday, from 5.45-9pm on weekdays and 5.45-9.30pm on Saturdays.

On Sundays you can sit down for dinner all day from 11.30am-8.30pm.

Full Quart, Hewish

This pub is centrally located just off the A370 and you can just drop in unannounced for your meal.

Choose from beef, pork or turkey to start off your meal and then pile your plate high with Yorkshire puddings, stuffing and vegetables.

The Woodspring, Worle

It is hard to miss this place on Worle’s High Street with its beautiful outside wall art.

Father and son team Paul and Frank Sprackman transformed the pub in 2016 after noticing a gap in the market and it has been busy ever since, producing some scrumptious culinary treats.

The Royal Hotel, Weston

Sit down for a regal meal at this seafront hotel’s Golden Jubilee restaurant.

The chef will lead you on a culinary adventure as the kitchen serves up a selection of roasted meats and an array of vegetables and potatoes, as well as some vegetarian alternatives which are to die for.
