 Readers' photo competition
Do you have a photograph you think shows Somerset at its best?
If so, you could win £100 and a VIP day out on the new Grand Pier when it is built!
The Weston Mercury has launched the summer competition for all amateur snappers. The competition is sponsored by Weston's Grand Pier owners Kerry and Michelle Michael.
The theme is My Somerset and readers can send in any photo they think best represents Somerset to them.
All entries will appear here in the competition gallery and a selection in the newspaper.
The photos with the best ratings will be judged and the finalists will get their work displayed in the Winter Gardens or North Somerset Council.

clare.hayes@archant.co.uk, stating your name, address, contact details and where your picture was taken and why you like it so much.
The deadline for entries is July 9 and the winner will be announced on July 16. |
