Sunshine Emma on holiday

13th September 2007
A SOMERSET reporter from Uphill has supported Sunshine Radio’s latest campaign while on holiday in France.
The Weston & Somerset Mercury journalist Emma Wright, aged 23, visited Paris and Bordeaux while holidaying with her friend Helen Johnson.
The reporter, who visited the country in August, moved to Uphill from Yorkshire last October and is now the reporter for Cheddar, Wedmore, Burnham and Highbridge.
Emma said: “I wanted to do something to support the hospital and the campaign is for a really worthwhile cause.
“I tried to get my friend to pose in the picture too, but she was a little bit camera shy.”
If anyone is interested in helping with the campaign they should send any photographs to: Sunshine Radio campaign, Weston & Somerset Mercury, 32 Waterloo Street, Weston, BS23 1LW or email them to newsdesk@thewestonmercury.co.uk
