Martin Gustar
A LOVING father who lived on Weston's Bournville estate has died.
Martin Gustar died on Monday of complications following a double lung transplant at Papworth Hospital in Cambridgeshire.
Martin, of Selworthy Road, had suffered from the effects of emphysema for many years.
The 46-year-old leaves behind two sons, Nathan, aged 23 and Matt, aged 20.
Martin was born in Portsmouth and had three brothers.
He was unemployed due to his ill health and was a keen Arsenal football club supporter.
His brother, Craig, said: "Martin was a fun and loving man who liked to socialise with his friends.
"He was always ready for a laugh and a joke and will be sadly missed."
Farewell Martin. We all miss you and have beautiful memories to recall. Your spirit lives on bro. Shine on you crazy diamond.
With love Dean
Martin, a dear and near bro
Thoughts of you wherever I go
How will I fill this empty space?
How I will miss your smiling face
Your elating laugh, your boyish grin
Leaving a hollowness from deep within
Free from the sadness, free from the pain
Rest in peace bro ‘til we meet again.
Craig. X
