JILL DANDO TRIBUTE - Contents

A TRIBUTE TO JILL DANDO

Monday April 26, 1999 is a date many people will never forget. It was the day that Jill Dando died outside her home in Fulham, London.
For years she delighted millions of TV viewers, at home and abroad, with her appearances on the BBC.
The nation, her home town of Weston-super-Mare, friends and family were devastated by what happened on that day.
To celebrate Jill's life, the Weston & Somerset Mercury - where she started her career as a reporter - printed a 12-page tribute. We have reproduced that here.
