All the details
Submissions must include:
- Key contact's name and contact details.
- Name of school, community group or project and a picture of members.
- Brief overview of member numbers, purpose and achievements.
- An outline of assistance needed.
- Any additional supporting photos, drawings, or testimonials available.
- The future sustainability of the project.
- An explanation of the benefits that the completion of this project will bring to the local community.
All the entries will be judged by Homeserve and the Weston & Somerset Mercury and five short-listed entries will be announced in August.
A member of the judging panel will then visit the top five selected community groups to meet the team and discuss the project in more detail.
Representatives from the five short-listed entries will be invited to attend a presentation where the winner will be announced.

The closing date for submissions is July 18. Normal editor and Homeserve rules apply and the decision of Homeserve and the Weston & Somerset Mercury is final.

- Religious bodies, except where the project provides non-denominational, non-sectarian support for the benefit of the general project.
