YOUNGSTERS will get the chance to witness mini-explosions, get covered in cornflour and even meet a skeleton called Boris at a fun science workshop in Weston.
The CHaOS Roadshow, organised by Cambridge University students, is travelling up-and-down the country to excite and engage children and their parents about the wonders of science.
Lia Chappell, CHaOS president, said: "We think that science is about much more than white coats and labs - it's about thinking for yourself and trying out new ideas.
"We want to show people that science in fun and relevant for all of us.
"The CHaOS Science Roadshow provides a unique opportunity to get your hands on exciting science with lively and friendly students to explain what's going on."
The roadshow will come to Corpus Christi Church Hall on July 24 from 12-5pm and is free.
