Girls celebrate thinking day

WORLD Thinking Day was celebrated by girl guides across North Somerset this week.

The event was held to encourage members of the organisation to think of their sister groups in other countries.

Associates of Yeo Vale Division held a special thinking day service at St Andrew's Church in Congresbury on Saturday.

Leaders Margaret Avery and Maggie Madge also received recognition for their 20 years service to guiding.
