Telling a timeless tale

THE timeless tale of the birth of Jesus was told to youngsters in Backwell when cast members from the Bristol Old Vic went to their school.

The visitors performed their own version of the nativity to pupils at Fairfield School on November 17.

The tale was set in modern times with the traditional words of a Mystery Play given new life with comedy and music.
