ENCOURAGED by the success of last year's sing-a-long screening of Mamma Mia, Portishead Film is organising another sing-a-long film.
This year the audience will be transported back in time to California in 1959 to enjoy the film Grease.
The film needs no introductions but for those who were by-passed by the seventies, it is about good girl Sandy and greaser Danny who enjoy a summer romance and then at the end of the vacation find themselves in the same high school.
Shaun Cheesman from Portishead Film said: "We are really looking forward to our second sing-a-long film, as everyone had such a good time at Mamma Mia.
"I have never seen so many people up dancing."
Portishead Film will be joined by pupils of Cheryl Rowlands School of Drama who will perform a dance before the film to set the scene and get everyone in the mood.
Mr Cheesman added: "It should be a great night out for all the family".
Grease will be shown at Gordano School Theatre on December 5.
Doors will open at 6.30pm for refreshments and the film will start at 7pm.
Tickets, priced £2-3, are available from Parent School Associations (PSAs) in the town.
The PSAs will get 50p for every ticket sold, which will help them provide extra resources for their schools.
Tickets can also be bought by contacting Elizabeth Williams on 01275 818415.
