Festive music and entertainment on offer

MUSIC and entertainment will be on the festive menu at a Christmas spectacular in December.

The Holly Ball, featuring the sounds of Abba Forever and The Man From Funkle, will be held at the Winter Gardens in Weston on December 11.

Abba Forever has performed many international and national theatre tours, open air festivals, civic halls and corporate events, as well as numerous times on live television and radio broadcasts.

The group has visited Iceland, Austria, Romania, Denmark, Northern and Southern Ireland, France and Norway and is now coming to Weston.

A considerable landmark in the group's career was its sixth sell out theatre tour of Sweden, the home of the original super group Abba, where they enjoyed standing ovations and an abundance of positive feedback from the audiences.

The Weston event, being held from 8pm-1am, will also feature a raffle in aid of the mayor's charities.
