Toby's tardis

07 March 2007

BACK in 1996 burglars broke into Toby Hadoke's flat.

They took everything - a broken guitar, a Bananarama vinyl single, even half a jar of coffee. The only thing they didn't take was his Doctor Who video collection.

In Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf the audience will be invited to climb aboard comedian Toby Hadoke's tardis and embark on a trip through time, charting the rise, fall and subsequent rise of a television legend.

The show promises to fully delve into one man's obsession with a TV show, and his disillusionment with today's 'new' fans, offering a sharp, satirical, poignant and uplifting show that appeals across the board, even to those without intimate knowledge of Time Lords and Tetraps.

Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf will be staged at the Theatre Royal, Bath, on March 16 and 17. Tickets, priced £11, are available from the box office on 01225 448844.
