Hiya!

Wow 1st of all congratulations! how exciting.

Ok 2nd, relax, chill if you are getting married in the Autumn we still have time! phew!. There isn't one particular exercise that is going to tone you all over, what's going to get you back in shape and feeling like one sexy lady on your wedding day is a combination of clever dieting to speed up your metabolism, great cardio and weights.

One of the most common mistakes people make it not realising that muscles have memory, so if you do the same thing for longer than about 4 weeks your fat loss comes to a stand still!

I'm running a fatloss Bootcamp in July, why don't you join in? my ladies have lost half a stone -a stone. How much were you looking to lose?

Why don't you e mail me ? I'd love to help! your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, I bet you can't wait!

I went on a healthy eating plan for 6 weeks but lost heart (quit it) when I'd only lost half a stone in that time - maybe if I had changed my pattern after 4 weeks or included some excerise ?  my body might have responded better by continuing to lose weight ? (I've got 4 stone to shift to get back to a healthy weight for my height, so half a stone seems like nothing )

Good luck with the wedding BTW  ! (original poster)

Hiya!

Wow ! half a stone is lots! with my "fat campers" i give them haf a stone of lard wrapped around in cling film, and it really hits home, it looks loads!

And yes....you cannot expect to lose 4 stone and expect to keep it off if you don't exercise. If you had exercised you would have continued to have lost more.

It would have risen your metabloism and energy levels making you a calorie burning machine!

Why don't you e mail me and we can chat a little more?
