Hi Tasha

Is there anything i can eat more or less of to help IBS? Sometimes i can get quite blocked up and in pain and I don't really know why. Is there a test or anything that will tell me what causes it? Thanks

Oh dear poor you! you must feel awful, bloated and ugh! so lets try and get it sorted for you!

What my ladies on my Fatloss Bootcamp are doing , is following a great "clean" diet lots of lovely fresh vegetables and fruit

So… a good idea is for the next 12 days cut out all:

Processed food such as microwave meals pasta bread, even potatoes!, these can really slow down your digestive system

Alcohol/caffeine/sugar

Diary

And add:

Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit

have protein with every meal

Drink plenty of water

Pulses

Chick peas

12 days is just enough time to give your digestive system a well earned rest!, after that just start adding each food group back into your diet one at a time, you body will soon know which it doesn’t like!

Yoga is FANTASTIC! For IBS, do try and come along to my class, it’s on Wednesdays at 11am at St Peters church hall

Good luck, let me know how you get on!

Healthy regards

Tasha xxx
