I'm running the Bristol half marathon in about 5 weeks.

Can you provide any dietary advice?

Regards,

Wilko

Whilst I commend running a half marathon, I ran the Bath Half Marathon 2 years ago, The fact someone is saying well done before you have raced annoys me, that is the reason so many people are soft these days, they get congratulated and praised before anything really substantial has been achieved, its why before these Olympics Team GB were gracious losers with no backbone (most of them).

Now that's controversial.

Will you praise me when I finish with an impressive sub-1hr45 time?

Yes I will, as that requires a degree of dedication, not just making it to the start line and getting a pat on the head before you've taken a step.

I ran 1:37.01

I have an image of 'Run Fatboy Run' aka Simon Pegg in my head.

Did you drink raw eggs like he does?
