YOUNGSTERS donned their most dazzling dresses and dashing suits on Friday to mark the end of their school days in style.
Hans Price Academy’s prom, held at Rookery Manor in Lympsham, saw 130 students and staff arrive in all sorts of glamorous or unusual vehicles for an unforgettable evening of dancing and dining.
Year 11 leavers arrived in everything from Scooby-Doo’s famous Mystery Machine to an articulated lorry cab.
One student even arrived in a BMW flanked by Harley Davidson motorbikes.
The evening was themed on board games, with tables decorated in the style of classic games like Monopoly and Cluedo.
There was also a giant Twister board, which students took to after a three-course dinner, before they danced the night away.
Loraine O’Hagan, year 11 co-ordinator, said: “They had a cracking time, it was excellent and they didn’t want to go home. It was a fitting end to their time at Hans Price Academy.”
