A WESTON model appeared on the ITV2 dating game Take Me Out tonight (Sat) in what fans are calling the ‘funniest episode ever.’
Final contestant of the night Damion, who has modelled for brands such as Diesel, strolled onto the stage to the song Beautiful People by Chris Brown feat. Benny Benassi.
With 30 women in the game-show, presented by Paddy McGuinness, the bachelor has three rounds to give information about himself or share a talent in the hope that the girls will stay interested and keep their podium lights on to secure a date.
After a warm welcome from the women, with only two lights turned off, things quickly turned awkward as one of the women who opted-out of the chance to go on a date with the Weston model explained he is her ex-boyfriend’s best friend.
And upon sharing his personal video with the women which showed his home town, including Weston’s seafront and time spent with his family on the Grand Pier, Damion lost eight more potential dates.
Even though the bachelor said he was ‘looking to find Miss perfect’ he was left with just four women with their lights still on after one of his friend’s revealed his ex-girlfriend was former glamour model Jodie Marsh.
One of the women who turned off their lights, Lucy, admitted that was the reason she pulled out of the game. Damion then admitted she was the one he would have picked as he normally goes out with blondes and wanted to pick a brunette, like Lucy, ‘for a bit of a change.’
After digging himself further into a hole, as host Paddy commented, he turned off a remaining two lights to leave two blonde contestants, saying he ‘had no choice.’
To make a final decision on his dream date, who he will join on the show’s legendary Isle of Fernando’s, Damion asked the girls ‘If I was stuck on the Isle of Fernando’s and I could take one thing it would to be a meerkat, what would you take?’
While one of the girls, Chelsea, opted for the answer milk, Steph H admitted she would normally give a good answer ‘if she liked the lad.’
Damion did however leave the show with a date, after one of the contestants turned off Steph H’s light before he could get to her, and scored a holiday with Chelsea.
This episode also caused a stir on the social networking site Twitter, as fans tweeted their opinions such as, ‘That definitely was the best Take Me Out episode’, ‘The last date had to be the most awkward moment in Take Me Out history’ and ‘The funniest Take Me Out episode ever.’
