CJ HOLE Somerset have been celebrating following their win at a recent gala awards ceremony held at The Lancaster Hotel in London, with Paula Radcliffe present as the keynote speaker.

The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, in association with The Times and Sunday Times, recognises outstanding performance, customer service and innovation in the lettings industry and is the only awards event focussed solely on lettings.

The estate agency franchise won Gold in the ‘Medium South West Lettings Agency of the Year 2015’ category, a highly revered award presented to them by a panel of independent adjudicators.

The award marked the culmination of many months of hard work, gathering ideas and evidence together in support of their application.

The judges were particularly impressed with CJ Hole’s commitment to providing an exceptionally high-quality service to both its tenants and landlords. They commended their extensive opening hours which provide sustained professional assistance to all its clients and the judges also congratulated the lettings agency on its heavy involvement in the local community.

Neil Jenkin, Lettings Director, commented: “It’s an absolute honour to win this award. It is testament to the hard work and skill of all our staff throughout the CJ Hole network who constantly work above and beyond their duty to do a fantastic job supporting our landlords and tenants. We could not be more proud, and are so pleased that these awards have recognised the extra effort that our team constantly puts in. For CJ Hole Lettings to be recognised as the best in the South West is a tremendous honour and I am thrilled that all of our hard work and professionalism has paid off.”
