A YOUNG Weston man has been jailed for 12 weeks after breaching a community requirement of a suspended prison sentence.
Taunton Magistrates' Court hard that Harley Nickels, 20, of High Street, failed to attend an unpaid session and a building better relationships programme without acceptable reasons.
He was deal by the court for a number of original offences.
For damaging a mobile phone he was jailed for four weeks (concurrent).
For assault by beating, he was sent to prison for 12 weeks.
And for another count of assault by beating he was sent down for 12 weeks (concurrent).
