FIVE people charged in connection with the death of a man in Weston have appeared in court.

All of them have been charged with conspiracy to murder Dominic Wilson, 43, who died from stab wounds.

Andrew Dymock, 33, of Queens Avenue, Portishead, Kerry Miles, 39, of Dickenson Road, Weston, Zachery Stone, 26, of Dickenson Road, Weston, and Robert White, 36, and Natasha Wyatt, 29, both of no fixed address, were remanded in custody at a hearing at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Saturday (December 2).

The first four also face a charge of robbery.

All five face a plea and trial hearing at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, January 8.

They were arrested following the death of Mr Wilson at an address in Upper Church Road last Monday morning (November 27).

In a tribute issued via police, his family said: "Dominic was a loving father to his children. He always enjoyed what this life had to offer, and he lived it to the full.

“His bubbly character will live on and he will be dearly missed by those who knew him.”

The family have requested their privacy be respected and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.
