A fitness club is holding a 1980s-themed aerobic class in aid of Weston Hospicecare.

Sweet Results Fitness is hosting the event at Haywood Airfield Leisure Enterprise, in Whitney Crescent, on March 2 at 7.30pm.

Anita Buncher and Sarah Cable, who are taking part in Strictly Fun Dancing for Weston Hospicecare, have organised the session to raise money for the charity.

Anita and Sarah are undergoing eight weeks of professional dance training for the Strictly Fun Dancing event.

It will see them compete against 11 other couples in the grand final at the Winter Gardens on March 24.

Owner of Sweet Result Fitness, Mark Sweeting, said: “Dust down your leotards, grab those leg warmers and headbands, and join us to help us raise funds for an amazing local charity.”

Tickets for the aerobic event are £5 and can be bought from
