VISITORS to a walled garden in a North Somerset village were delighted to find a Christmas art festival taking place within its grounds.

The Barley Wood Christmas art festival took place at the Barley Wood Walled Garden in Wrington.

The festival was held across two consecutive weekends and featured an array of art and craft pieces which had been created by local artists.

Ceramic pieces, picturesque photos and handmade jewellery items were just some of the gifts which were on offer.

The event was organised by the Made In Wrington voluntary art group, which was formed in 2012 as a non-profit organisation to unite artists.
