AN ARTY Yatton entrepreneur has business all sewn up after opening her second shop in the town.

Wendy Montgomery, aged 36, who has lived in the town all her life, opened Wendy's Café, in the High Street, almost two years ago.

After setting up an arts and crafts table there in a bid to boost trade she was soon swamped with people wanting to buy the materials to carry on at home.

So when another café, on the first floor of the precinct, became available recently she bought it and transformed it into Wendy's Craft and Gift Shop.

The mother-of-one said: "I sell inexpensive gifts, and supplies for making jewellery and scrapbooks.

"The response so far has been very positive.

"I'm hoping people will visit from other villages and it will take off after Christmas.

"I have some good staff who are looking after the café and I'm in the shop every day from 10am-5pm.
