Children at a North Somerset primary school raised hundreds of pounds for the RNLI by turning an area of their school into a cafe for the day.
Class one pupils at Yatton Infant School, in High Street, hosted a Mousehole Cafe event in the school’s new food technology room.
Children took over the room to bake a variety of tasty cakes and snacks, which were then served to parents along with glasses of lemonade.
The event raised £145 for the RNLI and the money was presented to charity member Derek Weatherburn last week.
