KEEN young swimmers were put through their paces by a trio of international athletes during a free event at Weston’s Hutton Moor Leisure Centre.
Commonwealth Games triple gold medallist James Goddard, former Team GB synchronised swimmer Kate Shelton and Olympic water polo goalkeeper Rosie Morris hosted sessions in a range of aquatic sports for children aged seven to 14.
Hutton Moor was one of a number of pools around the country taking part in a Total Swimming event set up by Olympian Steve Parry and backed by swimwear firm Zoggs.
Youngsters tried everything from mini water polo to synchronised swimming, while also enjoying the chance to meet the athletes for autographs and photos, and to get a close-up look at their medals.
