A village youth partnership says it is delighted after receiving a donation of skateboarding equipment – but it needs people to help teach its members how to use the specialist kit.

The Congresbury Youth Partnership is a charity which provides activities for the village’s young people.

It was given two free-standing skateboarding ramps and some skateboards as a donation, but is unable to use the equipment as group members do not know how it works.

Youth leader Sarah Storey said: “We should be very grateful if someone with knowledge about skateboarding could give us a few pointers, or basic guidance on how to proceed.”

Anyone who is able to help the partnership with using the equipment should contact Sarah on 07826 855083 or by emailing
