The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between June 2-6:

* Sonia Challenger (53), of Diamond Court, Weston. Assault: Two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs, £100 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

* Jemma Carr (31), of Windermere Avenue, Weston. Two counts of theft: Four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £40 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

* Charlene Miles (30), of Midford, Dunster Crescent, Weston. Failure to stop after an accident: Fined £110. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £55. Driving without insurance: Fined £110, ordered to pay £150 compensation and £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points.

* Angela Watson (35), of Westbury Crescent, Weston. Possession of a class B drug: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* David Lethbridge (24), of Ellenborough Crescent, Weston. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £600 plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with seven penalty points.

* Nathan Probert (25), of Maddocks Slade, Burnham. Criminal damage: One-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £40 compensation. Racially-aggravated assault: Fined £320 plus £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

* Nathan Smith (27), of Ottawa Road, Weston. Failure to surrender: Fined £37 plus £20 victim surcharge.

* Daniel Pritchard (30), of Wynter Close, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £240 plus £500 costs and £24 victim surcharge.

* Joao Borges (45), of Royal Crescent, Weston. Drink-driving: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 42 months. Possession of class B drug: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: Fined £350 and banned from driving for six months. Driving without an MoT: Fined £115 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Darryl Bushen (22), of Selworthy Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £135 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Joe Gullick (19), of Goosey Lane, St Georges. Obstructing a police officer: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Daniel Thompson (21), of Lonsdale Avenue, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Mark Ruddock (41), of Baildon Crescent, Weston. Possession of class B drug: 10-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £400 costs plus £60 victim surcharge. Resisting a police officer: No separate penalty.

* Antonas Staskevicius (26), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Indecent exposure: Sent to prison for 26 weeks. Assault: No separate penalty.
