The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between December 14-21:

* Brian Wilson (45), of Locking Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £65, ordered to pay £60 compensation, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Christian Phillips (42), of Baker Street, Weston. Theft: Fined £50, ordered to pay £50 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Michael Hick (47), of Upper Church Road, Weston. Harassment: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Roger Wiggins (62), of Hutton Moor Lane, Weston. Harassment: Four-month community order with two-month curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Katie Kelman (18), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Failure to surrender: Fined £15.

* Samantha Tomlinson (40), of Palmer Street, Weston. Theft: One-year community order with three-month curfew, ordered to pay £26 compensation plus £45 costs.

* John Kerr (40), of Clifton Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £65, ordered to pay £226 compensation plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Mark Nelson (35), of Denning Court, Worle. Racially-aggravated harassment: One-month community order and five-week curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

* Simanga Njara (38), of McFarlane Chase, Weston. Assault: Six-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Andrew Dymock (20), of Byron Road, Weston. Burglary: Sent to prison for 20 weeks.

* Marie Davis (44), of Wynter Close, Weston. Two counts of theft: One-year community order, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Gary Jackson (26), of Corondale Road, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £263.15 compensation, plus £85 costs.

* Brad Wagenhauser (37), of Broad Street, Wrington. Drunk in charge of a motor vehicle: Fined £85 plus £150 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for six months. Drink-driving: Fined £100 plus £85 costs, banned from driving for 22 months.

* Sam Walters (18), of Palmer Street, Weston. Failure to provide a breath specimen: Fined £90 plus £300 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months. Driving without insurance: Fined £90. Driving without a licence: Fined £20.
