The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between May 16-20:

● Erik Stromberg (47), of Camden Terrace, Weston. Production of cannabis: Fined £100 plus £15 victim surcharge.

● Christina Wakefield (27), of Edinburgh Place, Weston. Theft: One-year community order with requirement to complete 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs.

● John Lovell (24), of Locking Road, Weston. Drink-driving: One-year community order with requirement to complete 100 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and banned from driving for 24 months. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

● Kirsty Ball (18), of Quantock Road, Weston. Two counts of criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £100 compensation.

● Paul Cox (40), of Littlemoor Road, Mark. Drink-driving: Fined £115 plus £85 costs and banned from driving for 16 months.

● Jason King (46), of Prospect Place, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £65 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

● Neil Simons (36), of Windwhistle Circus, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £50 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

● Samantha Tomlinson (40), of Jubilee Road, Weston. Fraud: Six weeks in prison suspended for six months, ordered to pay £670 compensation.

● Daniel Pepworth (22), of Well Park, Congresbury. Drink-driving: Fined £100 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 22 months.

● Graeme Fenton (49), of Brue Close, Weston. Theft: 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £80 compensation plus £50 costs.

● Ricky Martin (22), of Moorland Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Six-month conditional discharge. Possession of a knife: No separate penalty.

● Adrian Gillard (51), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: Fined £35 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

● Joanne Lawlor (33), of High Street, Yatton. Two counts of assaulting a police officer: 18-month community order, ordered to pay £200 compensation plus £85 costs. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

● Natasha Montana (42), of Clifton Road, Weston. Two counts of assaulting a police officer: Six-month community order with six-month curfew. Two counts of failing to surrender: No separate penalty. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: No separate penalty. Resisting arrest: Ordered to pay £500 costs.

● Lewis Pool (29), of Orchard Street, Weston. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm: One-year community order, with requirement to carry out 50 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs.

● Daniel McMahon (31), of Kensington Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £50.

● David Nash (51), of Sandringham Court, Weston. Nine counts of theft: Sent to prison for six months.

● Claire Cross (37), of Locking Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month community order with four-month curfew, ordered to pay £200 compensation plus £85 costs.
