The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between July 11 and 25.

Liam Harris (30), of Severn Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £300 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 15 months.

Christopher Kibby (45), of Locking Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £40 plus £30 victim surcharge and £15 compensation.

Granville Watkins (31), of All Saints Road, Weston. Possession of a bladed item: Sent to prison for six months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge. Criminal damage: No separate penalty. Three counts of breaching a suspended sentence: No separate penalty.

Katie Nicholls (28), of South Road, Weston. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £440 plus £44 victim surcharge and banned from driving for six months. Exceeding 70mph speed limit: Fined £440 plus £85 costs.

Jade Toussaint (26),of Hopkins Street, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Lee Hoyle (33), of Montpelier, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £150 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Julie Hayes (51), of Fullens Close, Weston. Two counts of fraud: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £43.51 compensation, £150 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

John Crick (48), of Meadow Lane, Weston. Theft: One day’s detention.

Yannis Georgiou (45), of Bilbie Road, Worle. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £235 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Thomas Griffiths (20), of Worle Court, Weston. Three counts of theft: One-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £5.50 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

Edward Kimmins-Tonkin (24), of Church Lane, Brent Knoll. Drug-driving: Fined £145 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

Roderick Murray (58), of no fixed abode. Assaulting a PCSO: Sent to prison for eight weeks, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Three counts of drunk and disorderly behaviour: No separate penalty.

Mark Ryan (57), of Locking Road, Weston. Drink-driving: 16 weeks in prison suspended for 12 monthswith requirement to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge, banned from driving for five years.

Justin Farrell (34), of Bruton, Weston. 10 counts of theft: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 180 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £367.95 compensation.
