The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between July 26 and August 17.

Julie Hayes (51), of Fullens Close, Weston. Two counts of fraud: 12-month community rehabilitation order, ordered to pay £43.51 compensation, £150 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

James Lawrence (21), of Lonsdale Avenue, Weston. Breach of criminal behaviour order: Sent to prison for 10 weeks, ordered to pay £200 compensation and £115 victim surcharge.

Zion Smith (20), of Ottawa Road, Weston. Possession of a bladed item: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Nunzio Curcuru (69), of Woodborough Drive, Weston. Harassment: 12-month conditional discharge, five-year restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Aaron Townsend (20), of Marconi Close, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £200 compensation, £42.50 compensation and £85 costs.

Jordan Townsend (21), of Marconi Close, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £200 compensation, £42.50 compensation and £85 costs.

Rebecca Hubble (32), of no fixed abode. Eight counts of fraud: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £40 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Two breaches of community order: No separate penalty.

Christian Phillips (49), of Wadham Street, Weston. Two counts of theft: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £82 victim surcharge.

Joshua Farrow (22), of St Austell Road, Weston. Drink-driving: 12-month community order including 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 42 months.

Huw Barrett (33), of Henley Park, Yatton. Threatening behaviour: Fined £70 plus £85 costs, £50 compensation and £30 victim surcharge.

Kevin Chmiewliski (42), of Wayfarer Close, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £90 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Jade Martin (22), of Graham Road, Weston. Driving while unfit through drink: Fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

Christine Corrigan (44), of Milton Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Six-month exclusion order, ordered to pay £10 compensation and £75 victim surcharge.

Robert Barlow (61), of Lonsdale Avenue, Weston. Criminal damage: Two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £1,400 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.
