The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between June 20 and July 11:

Damion Irving (25), of Adam Street, Burnham. Possession of class B drug: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Deborah Smith (45), of Stone Road, Burnham. Racially-aggravated harassment: Fined £320 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

Tracey Waldron-Webb (39), of Alma Street, Weston. Possession of an offensive weapon: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Darren Jackson (31), of Laburnum Road, Weston. Racially-aggravated threatening behaviour: Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £135 and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

Lesley Stockwell (59), of Martindale Court, Weston. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: Fined £60 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Mark Sanders (40), of Whitecross Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Three-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £352.98 compensation.

Peter Kerwin (38), of Byron Road, Weston. Possession of an offensive weapon: Six months in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: One month in prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months.

Steve Neath (44), of Mendip Road, Yatton. Sending an offensive message: 12-month community order, 18-month restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Ashley Watson (29), of no fixed abode. Theft: Ordered to pay £286 compensation.

Kevin Coumber (35), of Milton Road, Weston. Theft: One-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Ross Emery (29), of Bransby Way, Weston. Drink-driving: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge, banned from driving for three years.

Curtis Ford (24), of Baildon Road, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Amber Bailey (19), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Racially-aggravated threatening behaviour: 16 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £250 compensation plus £115 victim surcharge.

Kayleigh Culliven (23), of Martindale Road, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £50 compensation. Racially-aggravated threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.
