The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between November 1-20.

Trevor Benjamin (46), of Clevedon Road, Weston. Burglary: 12-month community rehabilitation order, ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

Stephen Darragh (26), of Swancombe, Blagdon. Three counts of making off without payment: Fined £120 and ordered to pay £99.06 compensation, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Driving without insurance: Fined £120.

Patrick Doyle (53), of Devonshire Road, Weston. Fined £125 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Michael Sparrow (55), of Park Place, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £350 plus £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 14 months.

Craig Buck (45), of Eskadale Close, Worle. Assault: 18-month community order. Two counts of criminal damage: Ordered to pay £1,650 compensation.

Kiernan Slocombe (18), of Moorland Road, Weston. Dangerous driving: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 50 hours’ unpaid community work. Driving while disqualified: No separate penalty.

Nathan Smith (27), of Ottawa Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Six-week community order curfew, ordered to pay £400 compensation and £85 victim surcharge.

Lee Rowlinson (40), of The Barrows, Weston. Three counts of assault: 16 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, three-year restraining order, ordered to pay £200 compensation and £150 costs.

Jamie Coleman (21), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 55 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

Anna de Carvalho (57), of Moorland Road, Weston. Failure to provide a breath specimen: Fined £300 plus £620 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

Dennis Donogan (61), of Wolvershill, Banwell. Threatening behaviour: Fined £40. Assaulting a police officer: Nine-month community order, fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Jamie Wolff (40), of Sloe Close, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months.

Nathan Giles (28), of Rickyard Road, Wrington. Assault: Fined £180 and ordered to pay £620 costs, £50 compensation and £30 victim surcharge.

Martin O’Shea (39), of no fixed abode. Possession of a bladed item: 12-month community order, fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

Sarah Taylor (38), of Cookson Close, Burnham. Failure to provide care for dog: Fined £280 plus £100 compensation, banned from owning dog for five years. Causing unnecessary suffering to an animal: No separate penalty.
