Wayne Smith (46), of Malvern Road, Weston. Possession of dangerously out-of-control dog: Ordered to pay £2,497.63 compensation and £85 costs.

Kevin Donald (39), of Milburn Road, Weston. Sending an offensive message: Nine weeks in prison suspended for 24 months, ordered to carry out 200 hours’ unpaid community work, and ordered to pay £500 compensation, £50 costs and £115 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

Daniel Hewlett (29), of Waterloo Street, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with 16-week curfew, two-year restraining order, ordered to pay £620 costs, £35 compensation and £85 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

Mark Capel (48), of no fixed abode. Two counts of drunk and disorderly behaviour: Fined £100 plus £185 compensation and £30 victim surcharge. Two counts of failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

John Crick (48), of Meadow Street, Weston. Three counts of breach of restraining order: Sent to prison for four weeks. Two counts of failing to surrender: Three weeks in prison (consecutive). Six counts of theft: Six weeks in prison (consecutive), ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Breach of community order: No separate penalty. Fraud: Four weeks in prison (concurrent).

Matthew Stevenson (47), of Brockley Crescent, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £106 plus £420 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for six months.

Evan Hughes (54), of Yarberry Way, Weston. Assault: 12-month restraining order, fined £577 plus £200 compensation, £600 costs, £57 victim surcharge.

Lara Griffiths (46), of Summerlands Road, Weston. Four counts of theft: Nine-month community order with four-week curfew, ordered to pay £82 compensation. Seven counts of breach of community order: No separate penalty.

Natasha Smith (32), of Old Bristol Road, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: No separate penalty.

Nathan Barrett (26), of Bridge Road, Weston. Sending an offensive message: 18-month community order, 12-month restraining order, ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid community work and pay £300 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

Howard Cooper (73), of Sandringham Court, Weston. Assault: 12-month restraining order, fined £69 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Julie Land (49), of Montpelier, Weston. Three counts of breach of restraining order: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
