The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between October 4-18, 2017.

Conor Thompson (27), of Bramblewood Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £60 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Oliver Tracey (38), of Hill Road, Weston. Driving without due care and attention: £335 fine, £33 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Jonathan Bowyer (54), of no fixed abode. Assault: Four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Two counts of breach of criminal behaviour order: 16 weeks in prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months. Two counts of breach of conditional discharge: Two weeks in prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months.

Andrew Vowles (44), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

Christopher Conroy (52), of The Inclosures, Weston. Possession of class A drug: £120 fine, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Breach of conditional discharge: Fined £80.

Christopher East (32), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Fined £135 plus £85 costs. Two counts of interfering with a motor vehicle: Fined £135 plus £85 costs.

Rhys Reynolds (18), of Milton Brow, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Bobby Randle (21), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Assault: Six weeks in prison suspended for 24 months. Three counts of assaulting a police officer: Six weeks in prison (consecutive) suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay £150 compensation.

Roger Dare (46) of Monkton Avenue, Weston. Two counts of possession of class B drug with intent to supply: 26 weeks in prison suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Andrew Martin (43), of Rydal Road, Weston. Four counts of theft: Sent to prison for five weeks, ordered to pay £331.50 compensation. Two counts of fraud: Two weeks in prison (consecutive).

Kestutis Minialga (43), of no fixed abode. Drink-driving: Fined £350 plus £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months.

Tomasz Kudlinski (37), of no fixed abode. Assault: Sent to prison for eight weeks, two-year restraining order, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Joelene Hancock (38), of Grasmere Drive, Weston. Theft: Four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Declan Bellinger (24), of Canberra Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £80, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Craig Godfrey (26), of Meadow Croft, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 17 months.
