The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between April 29 and May 7:

* Malcolm Hobbs (42), of Amberey Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Fined £75 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge

* Nicholas King (21), of Pleshey Close, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, with requirement to carry out 150 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £50 compensation, plus £85 costs. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

* Simon Lawes (39), of Worle Court, Weston. Production of a class B drug: Eight-week community order with curfew, ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work, plus pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Jay Lawrence (33), of Summerlands Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £75 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Samantha Purnell (47), of Williton Crescent, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 23 months.

* Sion Stenner (48), of Windermere Avenue, Weston. Dishonestly obtained electricity: Three-month community order with curfew, ordered to pay £500 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* James Stephenson (19), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Possession of a class B drug: 12-month community order, fined £73 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Daniel Tottle (18), of St Ives Road, Weston. Three counts of assault: 12-month community order with requirement to complete 150 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £250 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

* David Connolly (29), of Grasmere Drive, Weston. Threatening behaviour: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £620 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Martin Bartlett (26), of Woodview Drive, Cleeve. Threatening behaviour: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Benjamin Bennett (28), of Warrilow Close, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* David Clutterbuck (51), of Gregory Mead, Yatton. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £355 plus £35 costs and £35 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points.

* Shane Benham (40), of Oldmixon Road, Weston. Handling stolen goods: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Krzysztof Olszewski (37), of Spruce Way, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £435 plus £85 costs and £43.50 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 24 months.

* Antonas Staskevicius (25), of Atlantic Road, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £80 compensation, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Indecent assault: Sent to prison for 30 days.
