One lane of the M5 has been reopened following a crash near Weston-super-Mare.

The accident occurred between junction 22 (Burnham-on-Sea) and junction 21 (Weston) on the northbound carriageway at about 10am.

Although the road is now clear, there are queues on the northbound side stretching back as far as junction 23.

There are slight delays on the southbound side too around Weston’s junction.
