Students at Locking Primary School spent the day outside and
the school’s deputy headteacher
Sam Gillman said: “We are really lucky to have quite extensive grounds here so every year we celebrate it with our grounds day.

“So we had extended learning opportunities happening, lots of real life experiences.

“They did pond dipping and were weaving some willow into a dome.

“They all had a great day. We are so lucky to have it here and not have to go off site for these experiences.”
