Mimmo Pomo, restaurant manager at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, said: “It was great for the students to meet Marco.

“He is a real advocate when it comes to the next generation of cooks and chefs and is always prepared to give time to those who are passionate about food.

“Marco loves inspiring students and we hope they will be even more motivated to do well in the future – you never know, we may just have in our midst the next Marco Pierre White, right here in the South West.”
