Emily reaches Miss England final

A SOMERSET woman will compete in the grand final of this year’s Miss England competition next month.
Teacher Emily Sanders, aged 22 and from Burnham, was one of more than 20,000 people to apply for the 2015 crown, and has now made her way through the semi-finals to reach the last stage, where she is one of 50 competitors.
Ms Sanders, already named Miss Somerset for 2015, has supported a number of good causes from the area along the way, and is the vice chairman of Burnham mental health charity In Charley’s Memory.
