The Winscombe Youth Theatre is presenting the hit musical Fame Jr.

The production tells the story of New York’s Fame school for the performing arts.

It features a group of committed students trying to achieve their dream of putting their name in lights.

Fame Jr includes the well-known songs from the adult version of the show, including Bring On Tomorrow and There She Goes.

It will be performed at Churchill Academy, in Churchill Green, on June 9 at 11.30am and 2.30pm.

Tickets, priced £10-12, are available to buy from the Florist Shop in Winscombe, in Ashley Close. People can also book tickets by calling 01934 842004.
