Crews from Burnham headed to a property in Grange Avenue, in Highbridge, after reports of a fire at 10.16pm.

When firefighters arrived they were met with flames streaming from a garden shed, which had also spread to some fencing. A second crew from Burnham was then called to help.

Crews used breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. The shed was completely destroyed by the fire and about eight metres of fencing was damaged by the flames.
