Weston-super-Mare could be at risk of flooding over the weekend, the Met Office has warned, as a yellow weather warning has been issued for strong winds and heavy rain.

Rain is set to hit North Somerset on Saturday evening and it could last throughout Monday.

Strong winds are also likely and the Met Office has warned drivers they may face difficult driving conditions over the weekend and there is also a chance roads will be flooded.

It is hoped it will be clear by 6pm on Monday.
