A TASTE of the Wild West came to Congresbury on Saturday, when a charity hoedown was held at The Club at Cadbury House.
The event was staged to raise money for Children’s Hospice South West, and saw the venue filled with checked shirts and straw hats.
The club’s operations manager Tom Horton said: “The fourth of July seemed like an appropriate date to hold our inaugural hoedown party.
“Hoedowns are a great way to get people up and dancing and having a good time.
“They are also a great way to get fit.”
