Weston and the surrounding area has been covered in a thin blanket of snow this evening (Tuesday).

The area was given an amber alert for snow and strong winds from the ‘beast of the east’.

The Met Office is predicting Weston may see more snow later this week, with warnings in place from 2pm on Thursday to noon on Saturday.
