* Christopher Dunning (23), of Woodview Drive, Cleeve. Theft: Three-month conditional discharge.

* Dean Millard (29), of Windermere Avenue, Weston. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £105 plus £35 costs and £15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points. Driving without an MoT certificate: Fined £35. Driving without a licence: Fined £35.

* Myles Yallop (38), of Max Lane, Winscombe. Using a mobile phone while driving: Fined £200 plus £35 costs and £15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three penalty points.

* Richard Filon (40), of The Scaurs, Worle. Assault: One-year community order, and ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Viktors Petrovs (24), of Orchard Street, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £150 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for 20 months. Failure to produce licence: Fined £175.

* John Halkett (38), of Jubilee Road, Weston. Theft: One day's detention, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Paul Scott (23), of Brompton Road, Weston. Driving while disqualified: 18 weeks in prison, suspended for two years, community order for two years, with two-month curfew. Drink-driving: Banned from driving for three years, ordered to pay £85 costs. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty.

* Jason Griffiths (36), of Locking Road, Weston. Three counts of theft: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £443.97 compensation.

* Gavin Holder (32), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £65, ordered to pay £25 compensation, plus £40 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Paul Reid (34), of Kensington Road, Weston. Arranging to receive stolen goods: One-year community order, with requirement to carry out 100 hours' unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Rouel Walters (45), of Manilla Crescent, Weston. Providing unlicensed security: Fined £100 plus £85 costs and £15 costs. Assault: Fined £65.

* Thomas Bradbury (20), Wolvershill Road, Banwell. Drink-driving: Fined £140 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

* Marco Correiadaluz (30), of Synton Road, Burnham: Drink-driving: Fined £100 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for three years.

* Laura Hancock (43), of Hill Road, Weston. Theft: One-year community order, with requirement to carry out 40 hours' unpaid community work, and pay £85 costs and £50 compensation.

* Ashley King (22), of St Judes Terrace, Weston. Possession of a firearm while banned: Fined £65 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Ben White (26), of Grasmere Drive, Weston. Theft: Three-month community order, with four-week curfew, ordered to pay £28 compensation plus £85 costs.

* Ben Thomas (29), of Longdown Drive, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Four-month community order with 13-week curfew. Theft: Ordered to pay £1,011.79 compensation

* Lee Scammell (24), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Receiving stolen goods: Nine-month community order, ordered to pay £300 costs.

* Mark Rice (26), of Baildon Road, Weston. Harassment: Sent to prison for 26 weeks.
