* Luke Fear (18), of Severn Road, Weston. Possession of an offensive weapon: Two-year community order.

* Catherine Russell (44), of The Keep, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £140 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for 12 months.

* Neil Simons (34), of Windwhistle Circle, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £70 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Samuel Ford (19), of Longton Grove Road, Weston. Possession of a class B drug: Fined £65 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Penny Bohin (25), of Brue Close, Weston. Assault: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* Edward Harding (33), of Bournville Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Six-month community order, with 20-week curfew, ordered to pay £46 compensation.

* William Banwell (21), of Plud Street, Wedmore. Drink-driving: Fined £140 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for 12 months.

* Paul Swain (28), of Tavistock Road, Weston. Assault: Two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £50 compensation plus £85 costs.

* Stephen Darragh (18), of St Pauls Road, Weston. Criminal damage: One-year community order with eight-week curfew, ordered to pay £380 compensation and £35 costs.

* Timothy Miell (38), of Sandford Road, Winscombe. Using a mobile phone while driving: Fined £60 and licence endorsed with three penalty points.

* Dean Robbins (36), of New Bristol Road, Worle. Threatening behaviour: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £35 costs.

* Michael Tyler (26), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Sent to prison for four weeks. Burglary: Sent to prison for two weeks (consecutive). Committing offences while on licence: Five weeks in prison.

* Gavin Holder (32), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £30 compensation and £85 costs.

* Kevin Price (29), of Alma Street, Weston. Threatening behaviour: One day's detention, fined £20 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Mindayoas Lensbergas (29), of Rhodyate, Blagdon. Using a mobile phone while driving: Fined £45 plus £15 costs and licence endorsed with three penalty points.

* Gary Slocombe (43), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Two counts of possession of a class B drug: Six-month community order, with three-month curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs.

* William Bowden (18), of The Lynch, Winscombe. Theft: One-year community order, ordered to pay £40 compensation. Aggravated vehicle taking: One-year community order, with requirement to carry out 150 hours' unpaid community work, pay £400 compensation and £85 costs, plus banned from driving for 12 months. Driving without a licence: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty.
