* Bertrand Matthieu (44), of Locking Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Failure to surrender: Fined £73.

* Ryan Ford (28), of Orchard Street, Weston. Attempted theft: Fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Stephen Waters (26), of Coast Road, Brean. Drink-driving: Fined £160 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

* Michael Abbotts (34), of Upper Bristol Road, Weston. Going equipped for theft: Nine-month community order with three-month curfew, ordered to pay £450 costs. Possession of a bladed weapon: No separate penalty.

* Christopher John (33), of Pembroke Road, Weston. Theft: Fined £75 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Leonie Melwani (44), of Totterdown Lane, Weston. Two counts of theft: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £466 compensation plus £85 costs.

* Devan Sander (23), of Hill Road, Worle. Drink-driving: Fined £160 plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

* Katie Scheinert (41), of Locking Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month community order. Breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.

* Christopher Kibby (40), of Clevedon Road, Weston. Theft: One-year community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £85 costs.

* Sophie Edwards (19), of Church Street, Banwell. Theft: Six-month community order. Two counts of breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.

* Michael Tyler (22), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Sent to prison for six months.

* Adam Dymock (25), of Woodview Drive, Cleeve. Theft: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs. Possession of class B drug: No separate penalty. Criminal damage: No separate penalty.
