YOUNGSTERS from a Weston nursery were given a tour of the town’s south ward arts trail.

Staff and parents from Little Waves Nursery began their exploration last Friday at Selworthy Road crossing where three donkeys are stationed and finished the trail at the triptych of mosaics on the shopping parade at Loxton Road.

Along the way they used spotting sheets to discover some of the animals and birds that are part of the hidden history of the area.

Mary Morgan, of the Neighbourhood Management Team, said: “North Somerset Arts week seemed the perfect time to get out and do a bit of detective work.”
