A LOCAL disability group is appealing for more people to join their support network.

The Multiple Sclerosis Support group is encouraging anybody with the disease to come and take part. Carers and friends are also welcome.

A spokesman said: “We all meet for lunch once a month to chat and socialise. It helps to get people with MS out of the house.”

The group meets every third Friday of the month, in various pubs in the town. For more information, call Sandy on 01934 516213 or 07527 082017.
